The Project

The groundbreaking of Project Palawan is set to begin in early March, marking for first step towards creating a model for sustainable tourism and ecological conservation. We aim to have the Project operational by early next year (2026).
Located in El Nido, within the district of Bebeladan, the property with direct beachfront access on the eastern side. The land consists of a diverse natural environment, including tropical vegetation, which will be largely preserved and enhanced. Our development is designed to integrate seamlessly with the local landscape, ensuring minimal ecological impact.
